Denise brings over a decade of experience developing and managing educational programs focused on academic excellence, equity, and diversity. She helps organizations build company culture, develop a strategic plan, and strengthen their programming model to prepare for scaling while impacting change on the communities they serve.

Denise uses a root cause analysis to build organizational capacity. Her belief is that identifying the root of the leader's philosophy, mission and vision, workflow, culture, technology systems, evaluation tools and objectives, and external dependencies unearths the core strengths and risks for programmatic sustainability.

Denise was a member of the Stanford Women’s NY Board where she served on the Programming Committee and co-founded The Love Project, which created annual conferences for Muslim women to foster empowerment and support. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from The New School and is a graduate of Stanford University where she has a Master of Arts in Elementary Education.

From growing up navigating different religions and living in the projects while going to an elite private school, Denise has developed the ability to connect those who may on the surface not have anything in common. Her friends sometimes lovingly refer to her as the wellness guinea pig because of her commitment to finding the best wellness practices. She stands by the benefits and healing power of prayer, network spinal, acupuncture, somatic exercises, yoga, sound baths, and hypnosis. Denise loves traveling, grounding in nature, swimming, and singing jazz.
